Registration Form

Registration will be limited to around 25 children, with one adult per child (and no more than two adults per family). Once we receive your registration, we'll contact you immediately to let you know if there is still space, after which you should send in your camp fee to reserve your space.

Fees

Fees will be due by March 26, 2003. The $20 non-refundable deposit is due with registration form.

We have limited space for the reduced fee for assisting parents. If you check off the assisting parent payment, hold off on paying the deposit until we notify you as to whether or not we will be able to accept this lower fee, depending on how many others have requested this before you.

We may also have limited space for lower income families who wish to attend camp, but cannot afford the fees even at the assisting level. If that is the case for you, please write in the "other notes" section above explaining what you can pay. As long as we have enough registrants paying a moderate amount, we may be able to accept registrants below the quoted fees. We'll notify you as to whether or not we will be able to accept this lower fee, depending on how many others have requested this before you.

Your deposit and payment will be refunded in the event that the camp is cancelled.
