Visiting The Twin Oaks School One day a week is our visitors day. We have not yet established which day of the week that will be for Fall 2001. In order to allow the kids to play freely and to have control over their environment we don't allow visitors on days other than the ones designated. But we definitely encourage anyone interested in alternative education to come visit.

We need at least two weeks notice in order to schedule a visit. If you are interested in the "group process" part of the school, then you must be willing to be part of the process. That is, you can't come and merely be a silent observer. The kids want to know about and and ask questions of those who wish to come and observe them. Guests may, of course, choose not to answer questions or choose to leave if they feel uncomfortable.
