Tree & Ira. Long term friends, co-communards, networkers. Tree lives in a co-op house on the west coast after some years at Acorn. Ira has helped found several communities.
Ira & Gordon. Long term members, and in fact dual members of Twin Oaks and Acorn. A couple that goes way back, with many many years of living in community here and elsewhere.

Mala and Asana. Mala is piggybacking her "primary" Asana. Adults who are not parents are invited to help with homeschooling, babysitting and to form friendships. Primary is our somewhat formal definition of something that blends friendship and mentoring.

Anja and her mom. They visited Twin Oaks together and both had a fine time. Anja joined with her mother's blessing. Family and friends of those who choose this lifestyle are not always so interested and/or understanding.
